Technique; Serve

I have chosen the most easiest types of serving so that we can learn and enjoy playing Badminton. We are playing for fun, not for stress :)

Back Hand low Serve

The back hand low serve is easy to learn. We just need to use the right grip and push the shuttle gently over the net. This is the serve technique for the beginner. We need to hold the racket out in front of us and pointing downwards. Have a space between the body and racket. Then, we are ready to hit the shuttle over the net.

Forehand low serve

The forehand low serve is also an easy way to serve. The opponent is hardly to guest if we were to hit to the front or to the back. But, there are also people said that it is harder than backhand low serve because it is involve body movement. For me, this technique is the easiest because it give many benefits to us. To do this serve, we must stand with the body somewhat sideways on-to the net, then our left foot at the front and look forward. The right foot must be comfortably at the back and weight more. Hold the shuttle with a relax hand grip and ready to hit the shuttle.
