Technique; Drop Net

In other to master this drop net technique, we need to master to hold the racket with relaxed basic grip. Beside, we also need to be closer to the net so that we can easily control the shuttle. For forehand, we need to keep the racket head above the level of our hand as we approach the shuttle. While, for the backhand, we need to push the elbow forward as we approach the shuttle. The elbow should be bent for about 90 degree. Other than that, we must make sure that we have balanced our body as it will be bent toward the backhand side.
Technique; Smash

Smash

Smash is a powerful technique in Badminton. When using smash, there are possible for the opponent to catch the shuttle. There are no defense against the powerful smash. Smash can be used or played by two types which are backhand and forehand sides. The smash is a shot powerful hit with a speed downward to the opponent's court. We can also make a jump smash. To smash, we need to make sure that the shuttle is up in front of us. The position of the shuttle must be correctly in 11 o'clock up of our head. After it is in the right position, then we are ready to smash to the opponent's court. Use full energy and speed when smash.
Technique; Serve

I have chosen the most easiest types of serving so that we can learn and enjoy playing Badminton. We are playing for fun, not for stress :)

Back Hand low Serve

The back hand low serve is easy to learn. We just need to use the right grip and push the shuttle gently over the net. This is the serve technique for the beginner. We need to hold the racket out in front of us and pointing downwards. Have a space between the body and racket. Then, we are ready to hit the shuttle over the net.

Back hand serve

Forehand low serve

The forehand low serve is also an easy way to serve. The opponent is hardly to guest if we were to hit to the front or to the back. But, there are also people said that it is harder than backhand low serve because it is involve body movement. For me, this technique is the easiest because it give many benefits to us. To do this serve, we must stand with the body somewhat sideways on-to the net, then our left foot at the front and look forward. The right foot must be comfortably at the back and weight more. Hold the shuttle with a relax hand grip and ready to hit the shuttle.

Technique; Grip

Relaxed badminton grip

Relax grip

Many of us think that, by holding the grip tightly will give us more power in playing badminton for example, smash. Actually, it is not. We should relaxing our grip so that the muscles of our forearm can work effectively. That is how we can control the shuttle and the racket.

Racket face

Racket face
If we have good badminton grip, we can control all the angle of the racket face. So that we can hit the shuttlecock in any direction that we want.

Hand position

This is the correct hand position to hold the racket. The bottom of the hand should be at the level with the end of the racket handle. The palm must not more than the end of the handle.

Finger position

If you hold the racket by clumping all your fingers, then it will become less effective to grip. In order to increase the effectiveness of your grip, you must make a small gap between your fingers while holding the racket. So the grip will become more sensitive.
Equipment in Badminton's game.

All of the equipment that i am going to tell is important in order to play this game. If one of those equipment is not there, then the game cannot be play. This equipment is also important to ensure the safety of the players. Beside that, because of this equipment, the game can be done fairly and enjoyable.

Rackets

Rackets
Nowadays, the Badminton's racket are weight below than 100 g. It is made by the aluminium, steel, carbon fiber, ceramic, boron and many more. It shall not more or exceed the length of 680 mm and 230 mm width. The racket is best in lighter weight for a women and heavy weight for a guy. To choose a good racket, do not depend on it's price. The lower the price, the heavy the racket. Choose wisely.

Grip

Grip
For the grip, we need to choose the grip in the size that we comfortable with. It is better for us to choose a thin grip so that we can hold the racket tightly. Other than that, to choose a better grip, we need to find the grip that is rubber  so that it is easier for us to hold and it is not slippery.

String
The string is very thin. The best string score the thickness of 0.62 - 0.73 mm. It is better for the players to have thicker string. But there are lot of players used thinner string to lighter the weight of their racket. By using thicker string, it will be more long lasting than thinner string.
Shuttlecock

The best shuttlecock can be choose depending on it's price. The expensive the shuttlecock, the great satisfaction in playing badminton's game. The cheap shuttlecock make it easier to fly in unexpected ways. It is also lighter and easily broken.

Shoes

We need to spend most time in finding the great shoes. The best shoes can ensure the high safeness to our leg.  Find the shoes that have better grip and side support whilst. Other than that, the lighter shoes is better to make our movement fast.
